Marsha Wallace Team Leader, Broker / Owner

Marsha brings over 15 years of experience in the Fox Valley real estate market to our team, as well as a background in interior design, which comes in helpful when consulting with sellers on how to prepare their home for the market.  She has won individual awards for her production over the years, and prides herself on her attention to detail.  

A long time resident of St. Charles, Marsha is very in tune with the real estate markets of the area.  She enjoys bicycling along the Fox River bike paths, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Troy Wallace Partner / Buyer Specialist

Troy brings his recent experience in sales and marketing from the mortgage industry back to The Wallace Team.  His background in advertising and marketing helps him to create specific and in-depth marketing plans for each home The Wallace Team lists for sale.  Troy has personal experience in real estate investment and renovation, and a vast knowledge of all financing opportunities available.  This helps him when specializing in helping clients find their next home. 

As a graudate of the University of Illinois, Troy holds a BS in Communications (Advertising).  He enjoys sports, photography, and renovating his St. Charles home. 

Andrea Wallace Partner / Client Relations

Andrea brings experience from owning and running her own successful local business to our team.  This background comes in useful when working with clients after they have come under contract.  Her organizational and communication skills help to make the real estate transaction process a breeze for every party involved.  Andrea also has experience in property management and investment, and uses these skills to help buyers find the perfect home.

Andrea is a resident of St. Charles and enjoys spending time with her family.
